Pony Trekking

At some point in your journey you stop steering, and a pony takes over, taking you on a path it's walked hundreds of times before. That's the thing about these horses: they're not just here for tourists. They're how people in the highlands get around, carrying goods and riders through passes where roads don't exist.

No riding experience is needed; these ponies are famously even-tempered and are used to first-timers. What makes it worthwhile isn't just the ride, it's where it takes you: villages tucked into valleys that stay out of reach for anyone without four legs to get there.
